a strategic communications & campaign agency

We are…

…that influences how society understands and governs technology.

The challenge is not to slow it down, but to govern it well: through robust policy, responsible innovation, and informed communities.

We believe communication is the instrument that aligns them all. The right framing sparks movement, builds coalitions and sets the agendas.

Working at the technology-policy-impact nexus, we deliver persuasive campaigns that shift policy, capital, and cultural momentum through two levers of influence:

Technology brings forth progress, but also presents unprecedented risks.

Shaping opinion through media placement, content strategy, speeches, and activations.

Public perception

Rallying decision-makers and high-profile stakeholders behind the scenes to align interests and unlock outcomes.

Convening power

In computing, the COMMAND LINE is where users insert instructions directly to control systems.

That’s what we are: operating beneath the interface — where language is action, and narrative is architecture.

Born from practice, Command Line is the culmination of two years of testing and refinement.

What began as a rich portfolio spanning government, innovation, and civil society has been distilled into a single operating system. Below is the backbone of that evolution.

National Policy

National Policy

  • Through an advisory role with Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, we contributed to the world’s first legislation to mandate age thresholds for social media use — bringing greater accountability from tech platforms to protect under-16 users.
